Replacing a Card

To replace a card for the selected client:

 

In the Replace Card page:

1.      Verify the card status in the Card Status field.

2.      Click the Replace Card button. A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Card Tab page stating that the card is successfully replaced and the method of issuing a PIN to the client.

 

Click the Cancel button to exit the page without replacing the card.
