The Replace Card page allows you to manually replace the client's lost, stolen, or damaged card.
To access the replace card page:
1. Verify the card status and click the Replace Card button in the Manual Card Re-issuing page. The Replace Card page displays and allows you to replace the client's card.
The page displays the following tabs, fields, buttons, and links:
· Home
· Services
· Reports
· Training
· News
· Name
· (Required) Card #
· The Card # field is disabled. Click the Replace Card button for the system to automatically generate a card and assign it to the client. · If the previous card has a selected PIN, then the PIN is automatically carried forward to the new card in the Active status. |
