ebtEDGE Agency Training Tab

The ebtEDGE Agency Training Tab page allows you to view the available training documentation/tutorials.

To access the ebtEDGE Agency Training Tab page:

1. Click the Training tab from any of the EBT Agency pages
or
Click the Training link next to the webADMIN service in the ebtEDGE Agency Home Tab page. The ebtEDGE Agency Training Tab page displays.

To filter your document selection:

1. Select the type of document from the drop-down list next to the Select a Type field.

2. Select a service from the drop-down list next to the Select a Service field.

By default, the value “All” displays in both the Select a Type and Select a Service fields.

3. Click the Search button. The selected document(s)/tutorial(s) display in the page.

To view the document:

The following fields display for all the available documents listed in the lower section of the page:

· Title

· Type

· Service

· Date

1. Click the document/tutorial name link below the Title field. The PDF of the selected document/tutorial displays.

2. Click the PDF to open and display the document content in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you have problems opening or reading the document, click the Get Adobe Reader button at the top right corner of the page to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You can perform the following tasks in the page:

1. Click the Back To Top link to scroll to the top of the ebtEDGE Agency Training Tab page.

2. Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.

3. Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
