To search and view the reported transaction dispute page:
1. Click
the Open link next to the webADMIN
service in the Services
section of the ebtEDGE Agency page
or
Click the Open link next to the webADMIN service in the ebtEDGE Agency Services Tab
page. The EBT
Exceptions Home - Available Views page displays.
2. Click the desired View link in the EBT Exceptions Home - Available Views page. The Search this View page displays. and allows you to search for the required exception.
a. Enter the PAN number in the Search For field.
b. Select the option from the drop-down list next to the Sort Results By field.
c. Select the maximum number of search result values from the drop-down list next to the Return a Maximum of Results field.
d. Select the checkbox for the Use Word Variants field.
e. Select the checkbox for the Fuzzy Search field.
f. Click the Search button. The Search Results page displays a list of transactions matching the selection criteria. Click the Select link next to the date for which you want to view the reported transaction dispute. The EBT Exception Database - Contents page displays with the complete details for the selected transaction.
