To view the previous card information for the client:
1. The following Previous Card (Display-Only) fields display for the client if the search is performed using the client’s previous card number in the Client / Transaction Search page. (See View Card Information):
o Card #
If you click the Previous Card link and information no longer exists in the database, the Case Information - Card Tab displays with the message stating that the previous card(s) information for this cardholder no longer exists in the database. The information is cleared from the database after 365 days of inactivity. |
2. Use the scroll bar to navigate through the information for each previous card.
Information for each previous card is listed in descending order in a separate content group. |
a. Click the Refresh button to display the most recent data on the page.
b. Click the Back To Top link to return to the top of the list.
3. Perform a transaction search on a particular card by clicking the Tran Search this Card link displayed with that card.
The Tran Search this Card link displays on the Case Information - Card Tab page only if the State provides permission to perform a transaction search on a particular card. |
The Transaction Search Results page with the default date range of 30 days displays.
The Search Result is highlighted in red if the transaction was done at a merchant that has an address outside of the issuing state. |
