The Transaction Search Results page displays transactions for the card number you enter in the Searching for a Transaction Using Card Number page. By default, transaction search results display in the Collapse List view for each transaction in a 3-line format.

The following fields are displayed on the page:
You can also view additional transaction information and perform an extended search on a transaction.
To view additional transaction information:
1. Click the Expand List button on the page. The details for each transaction display in a 5-line format.
To perform an extended search on a transaction:
1. Select the desired radio button for the following fields below the Extended Search field:
o Card # (Default Display)
o Case #
o FNS #
o Store #
2. Click the Search button. The extended transaction details for the selected field displays.
Extended searches can be performed by Card Number, Case Number, FNS Number, Store Number or Account Number, by clicking the radio button in the extended search box then clicking Search button.
3. Click the View Detail link below the Date / Time field. The Transaction Information page in detail view displays.
You can perform the following tasks in the page:
1. Click the Client / Transaction Search link. The Client / Transaction Search page displays.
2. Click the Issue Card link. The page Issue a New Card to a Client via Mail displays.
3. Click the Create Account link. The page Creating a New Account displays.
4. Click the Merchant Search link. The Merchant Search page displays.
5. Click the Help link. The webADMIN Online Help page displays.
6. Click the Back to Previous Search link to change the original search criteria.
7. Click the Print All Results Found link to print the entire search results.
8. Click the << Previous link to display the last viewed transaction search result page.
9. Click the Next >> link to navigate to the next transaction search result page.
10. Click the Back to Top link to re-display the information at the top of the page.
