The View Card Information page allows you to view information associated with a client’s current card and any previous cards they may have had.
To access the client's current or previous card information:
1. Enter the client’s current card number into the Card # field in the Client Search section of the Client / Transaction Search page and click the Search button.

If the card number you entered is for an older previous card, the Case Information - Card Tab page displays in the previous card view with the message stating that the card number you entered is no longer in use. Scroll through the list of previous cards below to find the card number you entered. |
The Case Information - Card Tab page displays with the card information for the current card number provided.
