The webADMIN application allows you to administer EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) and has components for state and county administration of a variety of benefit programs including SNAP (food benefits) cash programs such as TANF, child care payments, child care time and attendance, and many other benefit programs. Using this application, you can perform the following tasks for your EBT clients:

To access webADMIN:
1. Click
the Open link next to the webADMIN service in the Services
section of the ebtEDGE
Agency page
or
Click the Open link next to the webADMIN service in the ebtEDGE Agency Services Tab
page. The Client
/ Transaction Search page displays.
You can access the following segments using this application:
Segment | Description |
Cardholder Portal | Provides information for EBT Cardholders. |
Merchant Portal | Provides information for EBT Merchants. |
Provider Portal | Provides information for EBT Child Care Providers. |
Provides information for EBT Agencies. | |
Partner Portal | Provides information for EBT Partners. |
Provides information for for FIS users to enter and track disputes related to EBT clients and their benefit use at an ATM or POS device. |
You can perform the following common tasks in the webADMIN pages:
1. Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.
2. Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
