Cardholders can select a new PIN and view transaction history. Agency staff can only view the transaction history.
The Cardholder Log In page allows you to log into the ebtEDGE Cardholder portal, easily view your current account balance, and review your card transactions.

To display the Cardholder Log In page:
1. Click
the Cardholder Login
link as seen on the left side of the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page
or
Click the More Information
link within the EBT Cardholders
group as seen on the right side of the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page. The
Cardholder Log In page displays.
To log into the Cardholder portal:
1. Enter your 16 digit EBT Card number in the EBT Card # field.

The card number you enter should not include spaces. |
2. Click the Login button. The PIN Select page displays.

If Agency staff accesses the Cardholder portal from the Agency portal, you should enter only the client’s card number and not the PIN. Agency staff should never ask a client for their PIN. Cardholders who access the Cardholder portal must enter the card number and PIN. |
