The Transaction Information page displays detailed transaction information for the client you searched for in the Client / Transaction Search page.
To access the transaction information page:
1. Click the View Detail link below the Date / Time field. in the Transaction Search Results page. The Transaction Information page displays. The information is displayed in three sections:
The following fields, buttons, and links display:
· Extended Search (Select the corresponding radio button, and click the Search button to display possible matches for the selected transaction).
· Search
· Back to Results (Re-displays the list of transactions).
The following fields and links display:
· Clerk ID
· Location
The following fields and links display:
· Auth #
· Program
· Case # (Click the desired link. The Transaction Search Results page displays).
The Authorization Summary section displays only if authorization information exists for the transaction. |
You can perform the following tasks in the page:
1. Click the Client / Transaction Search link. The Client / Transaction Search page displays.
2. Click the Issue Card link. The page Issue a New Card to a Client via Mail displays.
3. Click the Create Account link. The page Creating a New Account displays.
4. Click the Merchant Search link. The page Merchant Search displays.
5. Click the Help link. The webADMIN Online Help page displays.
6. Click the Back to Previous Search link to change the original search criteria.
7. Click the Print All Results Found link to print the entire search results.
8. Click the << Previous link to display the last viewed transaction search result page.
9. Click the Next >> link to navigate to the next transaction search result page.
