Food Conversion

The Food Conversion page displays the benefit information for the selected client. This page allows the user to convert the selected client’s electronic food stamp benefits to paper food stamps or coupons. There are two tasks that can be performed:

·          Converting Electronic Food Stamp to Coupons

·          Voiding Food Stamp Conversion

 

To access the food conversion page:

1.      Click the FS Conversion link in any of the following pages. The Food Conversion page displays:

o       Case Information - Benefit Tab

o       Case Information - Card Tab

o       Case Information - Case Tab

o       Case Information - Client Tab

 

The page displays the following tabs, fields, buttons, and links:

Tabs

·          Home

·          Services

·          Reports

·          Documentation

·          Training

·          News

Fields

·          Case #

·          Card #

·          (Required) Address 1

·          Address 2

·          (Required) City

·          (Required) State

·          (Required) ZIP Code

·          FS Available

·          Conversion Amount

·          Converted Amount

·          The address information automatically populates from the Case Information - Client Tab page, but any change made to these fields does not change the address information in the Case Information - Client Tab page.

·          The Case #, Card #, FS Available, Conversion Amount, and Converted Amount fields automatically populate in the page.

·          The FS Available field displays the available food stamp benefit for the selected client.

Buttons

·          Convert FS

·          Cancel

The Void Conversion button only displays after the Convert FS button is clicked, and the user did not exit the Food Conversion page.
