To void a cash/food stamp conversion
In the Converting Cash to Food Stamps or Converting Food Stamps to Cash page:
1. Click the Void Conversion button that displays in the page when you convert cash or food stamps..
A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Client Tab page stating that the Cash Conversion/Food Stamp Conversion is successfully voided.

Once the Case Information - Client Tab is accessed, the cash/food stamp conversion can no longer be voided. |
