Cash Conversion

The Cash Conversion page displays the benefit information for the selected client. This page allows the user to convert a client's current and future food stamp benefits to Cash benefits. There are two tasks that can be performed:

· Converting Cash to Food Stamps

· Voiding Cash Conversion

To access the cash conversion page:

1. Click the Cash Conversion link in any of the following pages. The Cash Conversion page displays:

o Case Information - Benefit Tab

o Case Information - Card Tab

o Case Information - Case Tab

o Case Information - Client Tab

The page displays the following tabs, fields, buttons, and links:

· Each state determines their individual conversion policy.

· Depending on the benefits available to your State, CC (childcare) Available with Future and Current benefits may also display.

Buttons

· Convert To Cash

· Cancel

The Void Conversion button only displays after the Convert To Cash button is clicked, and the user did not exit the Cash Conversion page.
