Benefit Repayment

The Benefit Repayment function allows you to repay a benefit amount that was overpaid to the client.

To access the benefit repayment function:

1.      Search for the desired client using the Card # in the Client / Transaction Search page and click the Search button.

2.      In the Case Information - Card Tab page that displays, click the Repayments link. The Repayments page displays and allows you to perform the benefit repayment function.

You can perform the following tasks:

·          Repaying the Benefit

·          Repayments

·          Voiding the Repayment
