Repaying a Benefit

To repay a benefit:

 

In the Repayments page:

1.      (Required) Enter the amount to repay into the Repayment Amount field.

2.      Select the appropriate benefit to repay from the drop-down list next to the Benefit Class field.

3.      Select the appropriate repayment reason from the drop-down list next to the Repayment Reason field.

4.      Click the Repay Benefit button. A confirmation message displays in the page stating that the repayment is successfully completed.

The confirmation message also states the following:

·          If the repayment needs to be voided, click the Void button that displays in the page.

·          Click the Card (link) to continue.(The Case Information - Card Tab) page displays).

Click the Cancel button to exit the page without repaying the benefit.
