To void a repayment:
In the Repaying a Benefit page:
1. Click the Void button that displays in the page when you repay a benefit.
A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Card Tab page stating that the benefit repayment process is successfully voided.

Once the Case Information - Card Tab is accessed, the benefit repayment can no longer be voided. |
