To replace a card using vault cards for the selected client:
In the Replace Card (Vault Cards) page:
1. Enter the card number from the vault card supply into the Card # field.
2. Click the radio button that corresponds to the appropriate benefit to charge below the Benefit to Charge (defaults to Cash), if applicable.
The Card Fee Amount (determined by the State) and the Benefit to Charge fields display only if your State charges a fee to replace a client’s card. |
3. Click the Replace Card button. The Case Information - Card Tab page displays with the card number you entered and the appropriate message:
a. If PIN carries over:
The card is successfully replaced.
b. If PIN does not carry over:
The card is successfully replaced. Select the method of issuing the PIN and click Issue PIN in the PIN Information section below.
Local staff can either give the card to the client or mail it to them if they are not able to travel to the office. |
Click the Cancel button to exit the page without replacing the client's card.
