Issuing a Card in Over-the-Counter-States

To issue a card in over-the-counter states:

In the Case Information - Card Tab page (see Issue a New Card to a Client Using Vault Cards for access method):

1.      Click the Add Card link. The Add Card page displays and allows you to issue the client's card for Over-the-Counter states.
