To add a new card:
In the Add Card page:
The Name, Status, and Issue Date fields automatically populate on the Add Card page for the selected client. |
1. (Required) Enter the card number in the Card # field.
2. Click the Add Card button. A confirmation message displays the Case Information - Card Tab page stating that the new card is successfully added and to select the method of issuing the PIN.
· The new card is automatically issued and mailed to the client the next business day. · In case of Issuing a New Card to a Client Using Vault Cards, local staff can either give the card to the client or mail it to them if they are not able to travel to the office. |
Click the Cancel button to exit the page without adding a new case.
