Adding a Card

To add a new card:

 

In the Add Card page:

The Name, Status, and Issue Date fields automatically populate on the Add Card page for the selected client.

1.      (Required) Enter the card number in the Card # field.

2.      Click the Add Card button. A confirmation message displays the Case Information - Card Tab page stating that the new card is successfully added and to select the method of issuing the PIN.

·          The new card is automatically issued and mailed to the client the next business day.

·          In case of Issuing a New Card to a Client Using Vault Cards, local staff can either give the card to the client or mail it to them if they are not able to travel to the office.

Click the Cancel button to exit the page without adding a new case.
