The Hold Flags List page indicates that benefits are not available to the client because a debit adjustment was processed against the client’s EBT account. The State notifies the client, and a hold is placed on the client’s funds for 15 calendar days. During this time, the client can request a fair hearing to have the hold flag cancelled.
To access the hold flags list page:
1. Click the Hold Flags List link as seen in any of the following pages to display the Hold Flags List page:
o Case Information - Benefit Tab
o Case Information - Client Tab
The page displays the following tabs, fields, and links:
