To expire the hold flag:
In the Expire Hold Flag page:
1. (Required) Select a reason from the drop-down list next to the Reason field.
2. (Required) Enter an explanation in the Comments field.
3. Click the Expire Hold Flag button. A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Case Tab page stating that the hold flag is successfully expired.
Click the Cancel button to exit this page without expiring the hold flag.
