The PIN Reset function allows you to reset the PIN. A client may request a PIN reset if the security of their PIN is compromised, or they wish to change their PIN.
Clients may also reset their PIN by calling the toll free customer service phone number on the back of their cards or by using the Cardholder portal at www.ebtedge.com. |
To access the PIN reset function:
1. Search for the client by entering the client’s current card number into the Card # field in the Client Search section of the Client / Transaction Search page, and clicking the Search button. The Case Information - Card Tab displays card information for the card number provided and allows you to reset the PIN for the client.
