Benefit Detail

The Benefit Detail page displays detailed information for the selected client authorization number (Auth #) in the Case Information - Benefit Tab page.

 

The page displays the following tabs, fields, buttons and links:

Tabs

·          Case - Click this tab to display the Case Information - Case Tab page.

·          Client - Click this tab to display the Case Information - Client Tab page.

·          Card - Click this tab to display the Case Information - Card Tab page.

·          Benefit - (Default Display).

Fields

·          Case #

·          Card #

·          Name

·          Program

·          County Code (Can be edited)

·          Status (Can be edited)

·          Intended

·          Available

·          Expiration

·          Auth # (Click the desired link to display the Updating Benefits for a Client page).

·          Auth Amount

·          Household Size (Can be edited)

·          Residence County (Can be edited)

·          Disaster Code (Can be edited)

·          The Status field displays with a drop-down list so the user can change the status of a benefit.
