The term Method indicates how a PIN is selected when a client is issued a new/replacement card or requests their PIN changed. Values are:

· The ARU and POS values display in the drop-down list only if your State uses these methods of PIN selection. · If the Mailer Sent value is selected, the PIN is automatically issued and mailed to the client the next business day. · States that use one-call PIN select do not use the Issue PIN function. |
