PIN Select - Two-Step Validation

The PIN Select - Single Validation page allows you to reset your PIN.

 

To access the PIN Select - Two-Step Validation page:

1.      Click the PIN Select tab in the Cardholder Main Page. The PIN Reset page displays.

 

To reset your PIN:

1.      Enter your date of birth in the Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy format) field.

2.      Enter your social security number in the SSN Number field.

3.      Enter the new PIN number in the New PIN field.

4.      Re-enter the PIN number that you entered in the New PIN field again in the Re-enter new PIN field.

5.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays on the screen stating that the PIN is successfully reset.

 

Click the Cancel button to clear the entered fields, and enter them again.

 

You can perform the following tasks on the page:

1.      Click the Return to Home Page link. The Cardholder Home Page displays.

2.      Click the Español/English to view the cardholder page(s) information either in Spanish or in English.

3.      Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.

4.      Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
