Updating Direct Deposit

The following fields in the Direct Deposit page automatically populate:

·          Case # and Status

·          (Editable) Routing Transit #, Account #, and Account Type (With previous direct deposit information)

·          User ID (Of the user who set up the account or last updated the direct deposit information)

·          Modified (With the date the direct deposit information was last updated).

 

To update a client's direct deposit:

1.      Modify the desired editable field(s).

2.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Case Tab page stating that the direct deposit was successfully updated for the client.

The Cash Distribution Method field in the Case Information - Case Tab page changes to the Plastic value.

Click the Cancel button to exit this page without updating the direct deposit.
