The Cardholder Home tab page displays by default when you log in using the Cardholder Login Using Existing PIN page.
You can also click the Home tab from any of the ebtCardholder page(s) to display the ebtCardholder Home tab page. |
The Cardholder Home tab page displays the following sections (some of them with links) that you have permission to view:
· News
The Account Balance section displays the type of benefit and the amount available for the user.
The section displays the following field information:
· Card #
· Type
· Cash
· Food
The Review Your Transactions section displays transactions that have taken place. The latest transaction that was taken place is displayed first.
The section displays the following field information:
· Date
· Time
· Fee
The section displays the following links:
The Help Topics section displays various help topics as links.
To view a help topic:
1. Click the desired help topic link. The relevant help information displays.
Click the List all Help Topics link next to the Help Topics title. The entire list of ebtCardholder Help Topics displays.
The News section displays the available news as links.
To view a news:
1. Click the desired News link. The relevant news information displays.
The EBT Resources section displays the available EBT Resources.
To view an EBT resource:
1. Click the desired EBT Resource link. The selected resource information displays.
The page displays the following tabs:
· Home (Displays by default).
· PIN Select
· News
Click the desired tab to view its information in detail.
You can perform the following tasks in the page:
1. Click the List all Help Topics link next to the Help Topics section to display the entire list of ebtCardholder Help Topics.
2. Click the English/Español link at the top of the ebtCardholder page to display the information either in English or Spanish.
3. Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.
4. Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
