Add Case

The Add Case page allows you to add a case for a client. This page displays when you click:

1.      The Continue button in the Creating a New Account page.

2.      The Add Case link in the Case / Client List page when no information exists.

3.      The Add Case link in the Case Information - Case Tab page when a case does not exist for the agency.

 

The following fields, buttons and links display in the page:

Fields

·          Account # (Read-Only)

·          Case # (Required)

·          Creation Date (Read-Only)

·          Cash Distribution Method (Read-Only)

·          Case Status (Read-Only)

·          Agency

·          Case Area ID

·          The Creation Date field defaults to the current date.

·          The Cash Distribution Method field defaults to Plastic.

·          The Case Status field defaults to Active for most states.
