Status (Benefit)

The term Status (Benefit) indicates the condition of a client's authorized program benefit in webADMIN. This term displays as the Status field with a drop-down list in the Case Information - Benefit Tab page. Values in the drop-down list are:

·          Active

·          Cancel

·          Deleted

·          Hold

The Status field defaults to Active when a benefit is added to a case. Once the Status is changed to Cancel, the user cannot change it back to Active.
