Case Status

The Case Status field indicates the condition of a case in webADMIN. This term displays as the Case Status field with a drop-down listdisplays  on the Case Tab.Values are:

·          Active

·          Cancelled

·          Inactivating

The Case Status field defaults to Active when a new case is added to the system.
If the Case Status field displays a value other than Active, the Case # cannot be used and must be re-added to the system.
