Account Status

The term Account Status indicates  the condition of an account in webADMIN. This term displays as the (Read-Only) Account Status field in the Case / Client List and Creating a New Account pages; and as the (Read-Only) Status field in the Create Account page.

The Status field defaults to Active when a benefit is added to a case. Once the status is changed to Cancel, the user cannot change it back to Active again.
