The Benefit Access field is a Required field and indicates the following:
A value that indicates the cardholder’s client type to access cash benefits:

| Primary | Person receiving the benefits. |
| Alternate 1 | First authorized representative for a client. |
| Alternate 2 | Second authorized representative for a client. |
| None | Does not have access to any benefits on the case. |

Benefit Access for Cash and FS defaults to the first available option in the drop-down list. Depending on the benefits available to your State, CC (childcare) may also display with a drop-down list. |
