Approval Code

The Approval Code field specifies the approval code for the voucher provided by the Automated Response Unit (ARU) or Help Desk representative.

 The Approval # is given to the merchant, who calls in a manual voucher transaction (food stamp purchase or food stamp return) and receives authorization for the transaction.
