If you are logging in for the first time, you need a User ID and Password. Contact your State Security Administrator for access to the ebtEDGE Agency portal.
Access to the webADMIN application is done through your web browser. Your ability to access various webADMIN pages is determined by your user security profile. Your Security Administrator sets up user security profiles based on job function. Contact your Security Administrator if you need more information.
To log in to the webADMIN application:
1. Open your browser, and enter www.ebtedge.com in the Address field.
2. Click Go in the browser window, or press Enter on your keyboard.
3. In the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page that displays:
a. Click
the desired Login portal link in
the left pane
or
Click the More Information
link within the desired EBT group in the right pane. The desired EBT group
Log In page displays.
i. Enter your user ID in the User ID field.
ii. Enter your password in the Password field.
